Dennis Kucinich for Chair of Oversight Committee
Well, Henry Waxman put in two years of pretending to conduct oversight and had his subpoenas torn up and thrown in his face. Just when he might be able to enforce them, he's decided that oversight's not such a priority anymore, and he's run off to chair another committee. Who should replace him and do the follow through? It should be someone who knows more than anyone else about the crimes and abuses of recent years that have not yet been called to account. It should be someone who listens to the American people even when his party's leaders are shouting something else in his ears. It should be someone willing to be fair and principled but unrelenting. It should be Dennis Kucinich.

Dennis is certainly the guy
Dennis is the right guy for the job if Obama can stop with the wise cracks about him being part of the far left. Dennis is concerned about the rule of law and civil liberties and has proven so with his relentless pursuit of the truth regarding government misconduct and corruption. If you want integrity restored to the halls of congress you have no better choice than Dennis Kucinich.
Look Back Or Go Forward
Rep Dennis Kucinich, if appointed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi as Chair of the Oversight Committee, might be willing to look back on the last eight years of Bushco crimes against the Constitution, including the destruction of the World Trade Center buildings on 9/11 by explosive demolitions,Click Here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GINcwsjCAw and he might actually hold someone accountable for something.
However, Speaker Pelosi may want to look forward to a new agenda, a new president, and a new congress, and she might consider looking back too divisive for her to confront those issues and she may not be willing to put the Constitution back on her table, so she may select someone who won't ruffle too many feathers, and someone who would never dare to pick up that document off her floor.
You are right, my friend
The Wicked Witch of the West has no intention of following the trail of 9/ll to the true criminals and mass murderers who were behind that terrible day. We should not use or eyes or our common sense. Just believe what Bush tells you and shut up. Dennis is a patriot. He is far too good for Nancy to put him in charge of a committee that might call criminals to account.

Obama needs a practical visionary in his Cabinet and Kucinich is the best choice. Dennis can be the big difference maker in this administration and can excel at any number of positions. He can also help bring out the best in Obama. You can write to the Obama team at www.change.gov.
Probably not going to happen
It would be nice though. Chris Dorsey, RVA4Peace
